CPR for Friends and Family:
This class is an overview of the Chain of Survival
and the ABC’s of CPR. The course teaches Adult, Child
and Infant rescue techniques, including choking. The course
can be split into infant/child and adult portions depending
on the needs of the organization. This class does not have
an exam and does not provide certification. Students receive
a booklet with descriptions of CPR techniques and the Chain
of Survival. Audience: anyone who wants to
learn CPR techniques but does not need a certification.
Heartsaver CPR:
This class covers Adult, Child and Infant CPR and the Chain
of Survival. This program also covers what to do for a foreign
body airway obstruction (choking). The course is more in depth
than the Family and Friends course. The course includes a
provider manual, pretest and post-test. A certification card
is awarded to the participants who have successfully completed
the skills and written exam. Audience: anyone
who needs a certification in CPR who is not in the healthcare
field.
Healthcare Provider:
This course covers Adult, Child and Infant CPR, AED, the Chain
of Survival and foreign body airway obstruction (choking).
This course is for those individuals who work in the healthcare
field.
Heartsaver First Aid:
The Heartsaver First Aid Course teaches rescuers to effectively
recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first
minutes until emergency medical services personnel arrive.
Audience: Persons assigned to respond to
emergencies in the workplace or community as well as those
who want to learn first aid, CPR and AED skills.
Babysitting:
This comprehensive course includes everything a babysitter
will need to know. Topics include how to care for, feed, entertain
and emergency treatment of children of all ages. It also includes
information on how to start your own babysitting business.
Course can be customized to include CPR certification. Audience:
Children ages 11-14.

First Aid and CPR: $85.00/per person
